Mr. Tenji Sherpa ( Managing Director)  He is a highly experienced and reliable trekking guide and Sirdar. After finishing his education, he has been kept busy by his work in the tourism industry. He underwent trekking guide training in 1994 from the Hotel Management and Tourism Center, His Majesty's Government, Kathmandu, Nepal. Tenji is based in Kathmandu, but comes from the Solu Khumbu (Everest region) of Nepal. He has wide experience of taking people of varied age, experience and nationalities to the far- flung regions of Nepal. He is a steady, reliable person, and is equally at home in all areas, from leading clients to high base camps in the Himalayas, to showing them the wonders of such places as Chitwan and Lumbini. He is always keen to share his passion for and knowledge of the unique Sherpa culture with his guests, should they so wish. Past clients all testify to his excellent, thoughtful, and reliable service, and he comes highly recommended.

Pemba Dorjee is well experience and knowledgeable in travel and trekking field since 2007, after he finished higher secondary education, He has been working in this company as an office staff and assistance trek guide. During this time he has been traveled in many places with foreigner group. He got trek guide and leadership training in 2009, from Nepal Academy of Travel Tourism and Hotel Management College. Nepal government travel and tourism college affiliation of Tribuvan University. After that each season he has worked and guided to different countries clients in different parts of Nepal. And since, 2011 he has been working as a manager of   sherpa Brothers. Besides that he is a busines faculty student, running his Beholders level from Tribuvan University Affiliation College. He is very  friendly, helpful with client, staff and other, and always dedicate on his work performance. 

Nuru Jangbu is our official accountant; he handles the account section. He has been working in our company since 2006, after his higher secondary education. He has graduation in account from Brilliant Multiple College. He is well experience and knowledgeable.

Ngima is our cook; he specially cooks international trekking food in different variety dishes and continental items. He has well experience and knowledge in cooking. He has got training for food and beverage fromNepalacademy of travel tourism andHotelManagementCollege. He prepares delicious food items, guest are always impressed in his food.  

Kipa is our peak climbing and expedition guide; he has been working in our office since 2007, and has been leading several mountaineering group each season. He is well experience and trained licensed holder mountain climber. He has taken basic and advance mountaineering training and held license from ‘NMA’, (Nepal Mountaineering Association) in 2001. He has successfully climbed different range of (8000)MeterMountainsseveral times, and climbed one the world height mountain Mt Everest three times. Besides these, he was the first climber, had climbed one of the hardly technical difficult mountain Mt Chakigu, in 2009, which could not, had climbed by any climbing group before.

 He is young energetic and always friendly with clients, as well become very sincere for guest. 

Ngima Gyalgen is well experienced in trekking, climbing and expedition. He joined in our company in 2002; he is trained licensed holder mountaineering guide. He has taken both basic and advance mountaineering training in 2005 conducted by ‘NMA’ (Nepal Mountaineering Association). Several seasons he has leaded and climbed different peaks group members. He is widely knowledgeable mountaineering guide and always dedicated, responsible and friendly behave with his clients. 

Wongchhu is representative of field staff; he coordinates field staffs and works as trek guide. He is trained and licensed holder guide. He is friendly, helpful with clients and staffs.

Lama Phuri is highly experience, knowledgeable trek and tour guide. He is widely knowledgeable in trekking and tour field. He has been working in this company since 2002, as an assistant guide and taken guide and leadership training in 2005 form (Nepal Academy of Travel Tourism And Hotel Management college) Nepal government tourism and Hospitality College affiliation of Tribuban University Nepal. He has been working and leading different countries foreign trekker, students and research group in trek season as well, He has traveled in many places of remote tourist destination to short destination of Nepal. He is always hospitable, helpful nature to any clients and staffs

Babu chhiring works in our company as a trek guide. He has traveled in different places of Nepal. He has well experience about trekking and its places; he is trained, licensed holder trek guide. He always becomes dedicate sincere with guest and on his work performance

Saila magar is  our storekeeper, who has been working in Sherpa Brothers Treks and Expedition  Pvt.Ltd since 2010. He is energetic and always responsible to the duty.
