Booking contestations,

Payment,

After you have booked the trip with 25% of total advance confirmation deposit in our A/C through our payment mode, your trip will be fixed. We will send you the receipt of the payment by email. And remaining   payment will be collected in first day at the hotel when you arriveKathmandu.

Cancelation,

Before 90 days of the trip full payment will be returned, and transfer cost will be charged from the payment.

Before 60 days of the trip 50% of payment will be returned and transfer cost will be charged from returning amount.

Before 30 days of the trip 100% charged and will not be returned.

If you postponed,

If you post pond your trip for 1 year before 25 days of the trip start, we do not charge any amount but later your total cost will be more than time of the confirmation deposit date. The cost will apply on the date of arrival time. Because of changes in hotel, airfare, transportation, accommodation and food.

The risk beyond our control,

Unforeseen accident on the way like landslide, avalanche, high altitude sickness, and change in weather conditions are beyond our control, these factors are your own risk. What we do is that we rescue thoroughly the accident happen.  In case if your flight fromKathmandu/Pokhara is cancel due to the weather condition, we adjust that cost to the hotel but it will not be returned.  

Our responsibilities,

Once your trip has been fixed as per your choice, we will bear our duties as per the given in cost includes and excludes bottom.  We are fully responsible on whatever given in cost includes but we are not responsible whatever given in cost excludes. However we can change it with clients and our mutual understanding.

Complaining,

We give you to fill up our feedback form with different questioner at the end of the trip. If you are not happy with the services we provide e.g. guide, staffs, accommodation, food and timing, you have to fill write on form, so that we can take an immediate action.
