How to Book

You can book us through on following ways.

Once you have fixed your trip with us for the further confirmation you have to deposit 25% of total trip cost to our bank account. The bank details will be given to you after you have filled up the booking form with your details and name of the trip.

The 25% of the trip cost is important because we have to pre deposit the air ticket and necessary permit charges. This will be ready by your arrival inKathmanduwhich would be rush otherwise sometime in peak season we have to queue long time for permits and difficult to confirm the air tickets.   You can send us the confirmation deposit through following two ways.

1. wire transfer
2. Credit card , Visa card or Master card

For the wire transfer once you have confirmed your trip to us we will give our bank details by email.  And you can transfer the amount.

For the payment through Credit card, Visa card or Master card please kindly download the form here print it and then fill up the form and sign then send us through email. We guarantee that this is 100% secure. When you mentioned the amount in the form add 3.5% extra on total cost you’re paying through card which is directly charged by the bank as a bank commission.

Rest of the payment will be collected either by cash, travel cheque or card once you arrive the hotel inKathmandu.
