TEARMS AND CONDITIONS

ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS I,……………………………………hereby acknowledge that I am aware that during the trip or vacation that I am participating in under the arrangements of Sherpa Brothers Treks & Expeditions Pvt. Ltd, and its agents or associates, certain risks and dangers may arise, including, but not limited to the hazards Of traveling in mountainous terrain, high altitude, the forces of nature, civil unrest, travel by aircraft, boat, raft, automobile, bus, elephant or other means of conveyance, accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or availability .of medical supplies and facilities, and the negligence of Sherpa Brother Treks & Expedition (P)Ltd. and its affiliated organizations and their employees. I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel is derived in part from the inherent risk incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

As lawful consideration for being permitted by Sherpa Brothers Treks& Expedition (P) Ltd. to participate in such trips and activities, I hereby agree that I will not make a claim against Sherpa Brothers Treks& Expedition (P) Ltd. or sue for bodily injury, death, emotional trauma, and /or property damage resulting from the negligence of, or other acts, however caused, by any employee, agent or contractor of Sherpa Brothers Treks& Expedition (P) Ltd. as a result of my participation on this trip. This
Release specifically includes giving up any right I may have to sue Sherpa Brothers Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd. for negligence I hereby release Sherpa Brothers Treks& Expedition (P)Ltd. and its agents and employees from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation, on the trip, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of Sherpa Brothers Trek & Expedition (P)Ltd. and /or its agents and employees.

The Assumption of all risks and Release of liability agreements are entered into on behalf of all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me these agreements is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. All applications are subject to acceptance by the Sherpa Brothers Treks & Expedition (P)Ltd, I have carefully read and do agree to all the conditions as stated under the heading “Terms and conditions” attached here to including those regarding cancellation and refund policies. I understand that this is an enforceable contract and sign it of my own free will.

Booking Policy

Trek

For booking, during the March/April/May and September/October/November/ December January/ February full passport Particular of all participants should be provided minimum 50 days advance for us to hold all service on confirmed basic.

For booking, once the area of trip has been confirmed participants have to pay 50% amount of total cost as an advance payment to hold all services on confirmed basis.

Trek Payment

Payment should be made in advance 50% of total cost either in cash/credit card/mater card or T.C. prior to the commencement of the trek or it should be transferred to our following account & a copy of bank remittance should be faxed to us. Remaining 50% trek cost balance is collected at the time of arrival day.

Cancellation Charges

Any cancellation before 30 days prior will not carry any retention, however if the booking is cancelled a week prior to arrival then retention would be charged 50%
