For booking, during the March/April/May and September/October/November/ December January/ February full passport Particular of all participants should be provided minimum 30 days advance for us to hold all service on confirmed basic.
For booking, once the area of trip has been confirmed participants have to pay 15% amount of total cost as an advance payment to hold all services on confirmed basis.
Trek Payment system
Payment should be made in advance 15% of total cost either in cash/credit card/mater card or T.C. prior to the commencement of the trek or it should be transferred to our following account & a copy of bank remittance should be faxed to us. Remaining 85% trek cost balance is collected at the time of arrival day.
Cancellation Charges
Any cancellation before 30 days prior will not carry any retention, however if the booking is cancelled a week prior to arrival then retention would be charged 50%
