Mr. Tenji Sherpa ( Managing Director)  He is a highly experienced and reliable trekking guide and Sirdar. After finishing his education, he has been kept busy by his work in the tourism industry. He underwent trekking guide training in 1994 from the Hotel Management and Tourism Center, His Majesty's Government, Kathmandu, Nepal. Tenji is based in Kathmandu, but comes from the Solu Khumbu (Everest region) of Nepal. He has wide experience of taking people of varied age, experience and nationalities to the far- flung regions of Nepal. He is a steady, reliable person, and is equally at home in all areas, from leading clients to high base camps in the Himalayas, to showing them the wonders of such places as Chitwan and Lumbini. He is always keen to share his passion for and knowledge of the unique Sherpa culture with his guests, should they so wish. Past clients all testify to his excellent, thoughtful, and reliable service, and he comes highly recommended.


Mr. Furba Sherpa (Sales and Marketing Diretor)

Furba is well experienced and knowledgeable in travel and trekking. He has been working in this field since 2000 after finishing his school education.  He received leadership and guide training from Nepal Academy of Travel Tourism and Hotel Management Institute affiliated to Tribhuvan University in 2003. He has participated in various skill development programs conducted by different tourism related institutions. Initially he worked as a member of field staff for the company for 4 years, and has been to different parts of Nepal. He gained wide knowledge in this field, and then worked as a manager of the company for four years. He has greatly contributed to the development of the company.
 He has been the Sales and Marketing Director  of the company since 2008. He graduated in Business studies from Kist College of Management affiliated to Tribhuvan University. Besides that, he has been involved in different non profitable organizations which give charity to the needy people in Nepal. He is General Secretary of Pike Creative Youth Club and coordinator in the Foreign Relation Department of the Nepal Sherpa Student Forum. (Social charitable organization).

Mr Pemba Dorjee Sherpa

Mr Pemba Dorjee Sherpa joined in the company in 2007 after his secondary education. Since 2007 he has been working as an office assistant as well as a trek guide. He is an experienced, helpful and skilled trek guide.  Currently he is working as a manager of the company.

Ngima Sherpa

Ngima is our cook. He cooks a large variety of international trek food and is well experienced in this field. He has been working in this company since 2004. He has also taken trekking catering training from the Nepal Academy of Travel Tourism and Hotel Management.  

Wonchhu Lama (Sherpa)

Wonchhu is an experienced professional guide; he has been working in the company since 2004. He is well trained and a license holder from the government of Nepal. He is always frank and friendly with clients.
