TREK
For booking during the March/April/May and September/October/November/ December January/ February full passport Particular of all participants should be provided minimum 50 days advance for us to hold all service on confirmed basic.

TREK PAYMENT
Payment should be made in advance 50% of total cost either in cash/credit card/mater card or T.C. prior to the commencement of the trek or it should be transferred to our following account & a copy of bank remittance should be faxed to us. 50% the trek cost balance collect at the time of arrival day.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
Any cancellation 30 days prior will not carry any retention, However if the booking is cancellation one week prior to arrival then retention would be 100% charged
